Poetry readings with some of your favorite Nebraska Poets, along with the grand opening of the Nebraska Poet Project by artist Stephanie Meisterling.

The Nebraska Poet Project is a collection of oil paintings by artist Stephanie Meisterling that creates an intersection between visual and literary art. It began as a research project designed to explore the world of contemporary poetry in Nebraska, inspired by an interest in Midwest literature and great writers.

The goal of this exhibition is to honor the lives and writings of contemporary Nebraska poets to foster a wider appreciation for such an invaluable facet of Nebraskan Humanities.
