Featuring Jewel Rogers, Nebraska State Poet; Matt Mason, Nebraska State Poet 2019-2024; and Zedeka Poindexter, performance poet and co-executive director of the Nebraska Writers Collective; at the grand opening of the Nebraska Poet Project exhibit by artist Stephanie Meisterling.

At the Neihardt Center through March, the Nebraska Poet Project is a collection of oil paintings by artist Stephanie Meisterling that creates an intersection between visual and literary art. It began as a research project designed to explore the world of contemporary poetry in Nebraska, inspired by an interest in Midwest literature and great writers.
